- If the product you have received is faulty, the wrong item or damaged, except consumable, replacement part or article with limited resistance, please request to return the item back to our shop within 7 calendar days after you received the product.
- After 7 calendar days, you can still return only if the product comes with a warranty and the warranty is still valid. Please check the FAQ for warranty coverage.
- We will resend the product in new / repaired condition. Refund only if not possible to repair/restock.
- You are required to complete the Product Returns Form for faster processing.
- Return process requires buyers to ship the received product back to our shop in the same condition as when it first arrived.
- Return product includes proof of purchase, RMA number.
- Buyer will bear the shipping fee to return the product.
- In the event where the return request or returned product fail to meet return policy, we have all the rights to reject your request.
- We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.
- We do not offer return, refund or exchange, because of buyer change of mind about the purchase.
